Welcome

We warmly welcome you to our 16th annual conference of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Clinical Anatomists (ANZACA) held at The University of Western Australia (UWA) in Perth.

This year’s theme is: “The Modern Anatomist: Where are we now and where are we headed?” We are actively seeking abstracts which disseminate research on current issues and future directions in anatomy.

The conference will provide an opportunity for networking with other clinical anatomy educators and researchers. We hope to attract doctors, surgeons, physiotherapists and anatomists who teach both undergraduate and/or postgraduate students.

Our Keynote Speakers are Associate Professor Lisa Lee (University of Colorado, United States of America) and Professor Claire Smith (University of Sussex, United Kingdom).

The Conference Dinner will be held at The University Club of Western Australia, an award-winning dining destination on the UWA campus adjacent to the Swan River.

We look forward to meeting delegates from around Australia, New Zealand, Poland, India, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, Scotland, South Africa and Thailand.

Please enjoy our beautiful campus and weather.

Kind regards,

Dr Amanda Meyer, Dr Mauro Vaccarezza & Dr Beatriz Ito Ramos De Oliveira
