Technical Team Leader (Anatomy)

As Technical Team Leader (Anatomy), you will oversee the daily operations of the Callaghan Anatomy Teaching Laboratory. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless preparation and execution of all laboratory-based teaching sessions and surgical training.
You will provide high-level technical services associated with the body donor program. This includes the collection, embalming, and prosection of human anatomical resource materials for teaching purposes.
In this role you will:
- Prepare equipment and material required for classes and laboratory examinations conducted in the anatomy laboratories.
- Mentor and train other members of the Anatomy team in relevant procedures including embalming and prosectioning techniques.
- Maintain knowledge of current guidelines and procedures required by the NSW Health regulations and University Work Health and Safety requirements.
- Providing support for our body donor program, servicing both Callaghan and Gosford campuses.
