Membership
The Australian and New Zealand Association of Clinical Anatomists (ANZACA) provides a friendly forum for debate in clinical anatomy and related disciplines, and for advancing clinical anatomy and other anatomical sciences, by bringing together active researchers, educators and clinicians. ANZACA is one of the member associations of the International Federation of Associations of Anatomists (IFAA).
The benefits of being an ANZACA member include:
- Discounted registration fee for the annual ANZACA conference and related congresses (e.g., IFAA and the Asia Pacific International Congress of Anatomists/APICA)
- Eligibility to apply for conference support (both regular and student members)
- Networking and collaborative opportunities – local and global networks, both in-person and through our social media platforms (visit us on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X)
- Professional development learning and career support – webinars, workshops, mentoring programme, education subcommittee, the Digital Anatomy Network
ANZACA welcomes members from scientific, educational, and clinical disciplines. Membership is open to all those interested in anatomical sciences, anatomy education, and clinical anatomy. Student membership is encouraged. When applying for, or renewing membership, students should ask their supervisor to email the relevant Treasurer (Australia or New Zealand) to confirm their current status as an enrolled student.

Note: Membership is aligned with the financial year (July 1 to June 30) and a reminder to renew is typically distributed in late May to early July of each year. After membership payment (application or renewal) you will receive an email confirming receipt of your payment. For new members, your membership will be ratified at the next Annual General Meeting as per our constitution.
Important note: If your email address has changed the system will not allow renewal of membership. To alleviate this issue please send an email, with your current credentials, to the ANZACA secretary.
